Most Asbury jobs start on a lot that already has neighbors on three sides. That changes the work before anyone digs. A subdivision lot comes with platted setbacks, utility easements, and often a set of covenants that say what a garage door, a roof pitch, or a siding color can be. Before Collin draws anything, he asks for your plat and your covenants and reads them. A detached garage that sits two feet into an easement is a garage somebody tears down later.
Detached garages are a common Asbury call. Families outgrow a two-stall attached garage and want room for a truck, a boat, or a workbench. Depending on what the covenants allow for exterior finish, we frame these stick-built or post-frame, and we match the pitch and overhang of the house so the new building looks like it came with the place.
