Which of the six fits your project
Most first calls start with a building, not a service name. Somebody wants a shop with a heated corner, or a house on the back forty, or more room for a family that outgrew the place. Collin sorts out which of the six it really is when he walks the site, and sometimes the answer is different from the one you called about.
If the building holds equipment, animals, or a business, it is usually post-frame or commercial. Posts set in the ground with trusses riding on top, and steel over the outside. That is the work Collin did for eleven years before he started NXT Build. If you plan to live inside that shell, it becomes a barndominium and the interior gets finished as a home.
A custom home is the better call when the floor plan matters more than the clear span. Vaulted living rooms, a specific roofline, a layout you have been sketching for years. An addition makes sense when the house you have is solid and just too small. Roofing stands on its own, and it also comes along with almost every other job on this page.
